The Town’s Boating Ordinance #02-2024 is adopted, and is effective immediately.
The Town of Spider Lake Board approved and enacted this ordinance on Monday the 20th of May. This ordinance provides regulations similar to those previously in place.
The Ordinance is intended to provide safe and healthful conditions for the enjoyment of aquatic recreation and protection of the natural resources. It applies to all the waters in the Town of Spider Lake.
